Between midnight and 3am this morning a residence in Nottingham Road was broken into while the resident was out and 2 Laptops, jewelry and cellphone, clothing, were taken.
The perp used a hacksaw to cut through a security gate and then spent a lengthy time in the house going through all cupboards and leaving a huge mess. There was no alarm system installed so the intruder spend a good two hours going through everything.
He left his black bomber jacket and hoody behind, changing into clothes belonging to the resident and left with a carry bag.
While we understand they can be costly, we do recommend installing an alarm system in your home to protect both your belongings which can be replaces and you… which cannot.
